By agreeing to commission me, you as the commissioner accept my Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully and thoroughly! They are meant to act as clear and concise guidelines for both myself and the commissioner, such that full and honest disclosure is ensured between both parties.
Violation of any of my Terms of Service will result in a ban from commissioning me again in the future.
General Information
Commissions are only available during "open" windows of time in which a commissioner may submit commission requests via Request Forms. Deadlines for submitting request forms, as well as my current commission status, are displayed prominently on the Home page.
Commission requests are chosen based on the level of interest I have in the commission(s), and are NOT first come, first serve. This way, every person is given a fair chance for a commission and there is no pressure in having to submit requests quickly. However, request forms must be submitted before the deadline for consideration.
Shortly after the deadline for commission requests has passed, I will send approved commissioners an email regarding additional details, pricing, and payment (see "Payment"). Unapproved commissioners will also receive an email with a brief explanation as to why their request was not approved.
Please note that I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
I reserve the right to adjust any information on my commissions site and/or request forms, as well as the price of any commission accordingly. However, I will never change the price of a commission that has already been previously agreed upon.
I will not be responsible for any mistakes on the final version of any commission due to incorrect or missing information. It is the commissioner’s responsibility to provide all relevant information when requesting a commission.
I reserve the right to reject critiques pertaining to artistic skill and style, if the critique reduces the artistic quality of the piece.
All communication between myself and the commissioner will be conducted and documented via email.
All personal information will be kept private and confidential.
Image Rights and Usage
I reserve full rights to the image and its distribution and use, unless otherwise specified.
I reserve the right to display any commissioned image(s) on any of my websites or my portfolio.
The commissioner must not claim my work as theirs.
Under no circumstances may the commissioner use commissioned image(s) for commercial or profit purposes, including prints and redistribution of the commissioned image(s).
The commissioner may only use artwork that was created specifically for them, and are for the commissioner’s personal use only, including: Wallpapers and backgrounds; Cropping the image for avatars/icons; Printing the image for personal display; Using the image as a personal tattoo; Etc.
The commissioner may make slight edits (eg. adding text, a speech bubble, etc.) but MAY NOT edit or alter the commission to the point where it is no longer recognizable as my work. Doing so is a violation of my Terms of Service and you will not be eligible to commission me again in the future.
The commissioner is allowed to upload commissions I have created for them to an online gallery provided that appropriate credit is given and that either or both of the following links are always displayed with the commissioned work:
Commission Guidelines and Protocols
I do not accept commissions without image references. Giving me a written description without an image reference makes it more difficult for me to complete the commission. As a result, the commissioner may not be fully satisfied with the commission.
Once a commission request has been approved and payment has been received, I will inform the commissioner of their place in the commissions queue as well as an estimate of when I will begin their commission. For more details regarding payment procedures, please read the "Payment" section.
Commission turnaround is generally 1 - 2 weeks per commission (ie. per single commission) depending on my queue and complexity of the commission(s).
I will send the commissioner a completed sketch for approval before continuing the commission. This is the only time the commissioner is permitted to request changes, up to a limit of TWO (2) change requests.
The commissioner may request to see more WIPs beyond the completed sketch, but cannot request changes once the sketch has been approved. Please check my commissions queue for progress updates if you are wondering where I am currently.
The commissioner may not request to make changes to the commission once they have approved the sketch, as it will otherwise count as a redraw.
A redraw of any type of commission will count as a separate commission, and will be charged as such.

Digital commissions will be sent to the commissioner via email and will include the following:
• The commission at its original resolution, with no watermarks, for personal purposes.
• The commission at a downscaled, compressed size, with watermarks, for online display purposes.
• A link to a cloud-based storage system folder containing any of the commissioner's previous or current commissions, for easy online access.

Traditional commissions will be sent via mail if the commissioner chooses the option on the request form to have the commission mailed to them.
• All traditional commissions will be signed on the back with the artist's signature.
• An additional shipping fee will apply to any traditional commissions sent via mail (see "Shipping Costs").
Commission Restrictions
Please be aware there are limits to what I can and cannot draw. Examples may be viewed on my Pricing & Examples page.
I will not draw any of the following:
• NSFW material (18+, R-rated, M-rated, etc.) Please note that I'm ok with drawing a character in skimpy clothing or portrayed tasteful nudity (ie. pinups), for example, but I'm not ok with drawing a character in skimpy clothing or in the nude performing sexual acts, as that is NSFW. Keep it PG-13.
• Fetishes (eg. vore, inflation, feeding, adult play, piss, scat, etc.) Characters who are very fat, for example, are fine just as long as you aren't asking them to be depicted in situations such as actively bursting/exploding out of their clothes or being force fed and gaining large amounts of weight, as that falls under the definition of "fetish".
• Excessive violence and gore
• Any type of propaganda
• Mechas
• In another artist’s style
If you're unsure if I'd be willing to draw a specific subject, feel free to send me a message through my Contact Form!

• Commissions are non-refundable during or after the colouring stage.
